Within about 30 seconds after choosing a different entry code the keypad was working perfectly. So, each time I tried to enter the code I had selected it stopped programming. Apparently hitting 0 during programming terminates the programming command. A representative from Liftmaster talked me through several troubleshooting attempts and appeared about ready to have me send the keypad in as faulty when she asked if I used a 0 as one of the numbers in my code. I tried everything I could find in the LIftmaster instructions, the 877 instructions and emailed Open Door Discount Remotes who provided me that customer service number at Liftmaster. I had some problem getting the keypad and the MyQ controller to work together. I had another that was already in use on another door. Received my 877 Max and was eager to program and install it.
